Thanks to its original formula, this product significantly facilitates detangling matted hair and removing undercoat. It is soap-free, which means it does not lather excessively and rinses out easily. It has a balanced pH, speeds up drying, and makes brushing easier after bathing. Mint extract provides freshness to the skin and coat. Suitable for dogs and cats of all ages. Concentrate 1:7. Tip: Use Ultra Wash shampoo alone or as Step I in the three-step grooming system by Best Shot. How to use: Shake before use. For heavily matted coats, use a dilution of 1:3. For normal coats, dilute the shampoo in warm water in a ratio of 1:7. Apply to wet hair, massage in, and leave for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For best results, follow with Step II - conditioner from the Ultra Plenish series.
